What is the smart sensor for?
On the Sensor model, the water starts when your cat approaches. It no longer runs continuously: the filter and energy last much longer.
Is it really quiet?
Yes, only 25 dB — quieter than a whisper. Most timid cats adopt it within a few hours.
How long does the pump last?
The pump is designed for continuous use, warranty included. Regular cleaning extends its life even further.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes: fully dismantles in 2.5 min and rinses in one go. 304 stainless steel holds neither odours nor bacteria.
What if my cat won't use it?
Most cats are drawn to running water from day one. Place it near their bowl for a few days — curiosity does the rest.
How much do the filters cost?
A few euros per pack, available in 1 click. Replace ~once a month (every 2 months in sensor mode).
What's the difference between the two models?
The Sensor model is wireless: rechargeable 4200 mAh battery (full charge ~6 h, up to 45 days on standby depending on use) and a 3-mode motion sensor.
