Terms of sale

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products on aquaneko.com between the site's publisher ("the Seller", see Legal notice) and any buyer acting as a consumer ("the Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Products are presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are illustrative and non-contractual. Offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Order

The order becomes final after payment confirmation. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, an abnormal order or a stock shortage.

5. Payment

Payment is made online securely (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and other methods offered at checkout). Payment data is processed by our payment provider; the Seller has no access to it.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery takes place within 8 to 15 business days after dispatch, in France and across the European Union, with tracking provided. These times are indicative.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return. A standard withdrawal form is available on simple request at contact@aquaneko.com.

8. Satisfaction guaranteed — 30 days

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the Seller offers a "satisfaction guaranteed" commercial warranty of 30 days from delivery. See our Refund policy.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product, contact contact@aquaneko.com: a replacement or a refund will be offered, at no return cost to you.

11. Liability

Products must be used in accordance with their instructions. The Seller cannot be held liable for improper use of the product or for indirect damages. The Seller's liability shall not exceed the amount of the order.

13. Governing law, disputes and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer shall first contact contact@aquaneko.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the Customer may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator: CM2C (Centre de médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice), which the Customer can contact online at https://cm2c.net. The Customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
