Refund policy

Satisfaction guaranteed — 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund if the fountain isn't right for your cat. Just email us at contact@aquaneko.com with your order number.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving any reason. The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Defective, damaged or incorrect product

If your product arrives broken, defective or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days at contact@aquaneko.com with your order number and a photo. We offer a replacement or a refund, at no return cost to you — and, in most cases, without having to send the item back. These situations are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Email contact@aquaneko.com with your order number (and a photo in case of a defect). We will reply quickly with the steps to follow.

Refund time

Once the return is received or the refund approved, the amount is credited back to your original payment method within 14 days.
