Terms of service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern sales of products on aquaneko.com between the site's publisher ("the Seller") and any non-professional buyer ("the Customer").

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are non-contractual. Availability is subject to stock.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes, excluding shipping costs specified before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.

4. Order

The order is confirmed after payment confirmation. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute or out-of-stock item.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely by credit card and other methods offered, via the site's payment provider. The order is shipped after payment is collected.

6. Delivery

Delivery in France and across the European Union within 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. Times are indicative. In case of delay, the Customer may email contact@aquaneko.com.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return. A standard withdrawal form is available on request.

8. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a defect, contact contact@aquaneko.com.

10. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for misuse of the product or for indirect damages.

12. Disputes & mediation

French law applies. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the Customer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator: CM2C (Centre de médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice), which they can contact online at https://cm2c.net.
